We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee.

2. Service Guarantees

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Notify us within 24 hours if unsatisfied and we will re-clean for free.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept credit cards and bank transfers.

4. Liability

Pro Property Cleaning is fully insured. Report any damage within 24 hours of service.
